A clinical and statistical study was performed on 43 neonates of hyperbilirubinemia due to ABO
incompatibility who were admitted to department of pediatrics of Won-kwang University hospital
from May 1987 to June 1988. The following results were obtained:
1) The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia within 48 hrs were 30.3% in the incompatible group and 10.

We experienced a case of Potter syndrome type I characterized by polycystic kidney, pulmomnary
hypoplasia and abnormal face in a 1 day-old male neonate with respiratory distress. Diagnosis was
made with autopsy findings. A brief review of literature was made.

A Clinical study has been made on 33 cases of acute glomerulonephritis who were admitted to
pediatric department of Won Kwang University Hospital, during 2 year period from Jan. 1985 to Dec.
1986
